Asked Questions
Can I bring a plus one?
While we would love to accommodate all our guests’ requests, due to limited venue capacity and logistical constraints, we kindly ask that only those recipients addressed on your invitation’s envelope attend.
What should I wear?
The dress code for our Wedding is Semi-Formal.
What does that mean?
For men, this could be a well-fitted blazer, a button-up shirt, dress pants or chinos accompanied with nice shoes. Suits and ties are optional. No jeans, please. For women, a dress/outfit that makes you feel beautiful is perfect; the more colour or florals, the better! Heels or flats are fine, keeping in mind that our venue involves walking on short grass.
Are children welcome?
Yes, please just let us know if they are coming on the RSVP form below.
Is there any transport?
We have arranged for a bus to pick up and drop off guests from accommodation around the Hunter Valley. The bus will bring guests to the Ceremony at 1:30pm and pick up for return back to accommodation at 10:30 pm (the conclusion of the Wedding). If you wish to use this service and get your party on, please let us know ASAP where you will be staying so that we can make sure you have a seat and get back safely!
Please note: We will be having an Unplugged Ceremony. We kindly ask you turn off your phone and cameras for our ceremony and be in the moment with us. Once the ceremony is over, you’re more than welcome to take pictures!
There is limited phone reception at the venue, please ensure you have your lift home sorted and dont’get stuck!
ACCOMODATION
There are a variety of beautiful places in the Hunter Valley to stay at, with the closest and biggest chain being the Rydges Resort. We also highly recommend you check out Airbnb.
We have listed some close by recommendations, some are Airbnbs a stones throw away. These will book fast, be quick!
